The California Learning Center is a full-service tutoring, test prep, and college counseling center. We are an independent, locally owned business that has been in Santa Barbara since 1984. We have been under the new management/ownership of local educator Wendi Ostroff since 2013. Our program is based on meeting the individual needs of every student. We serve students from San Luis Obispo to Ventura, including Santa Barbara, Montecito, Goleta, Carpinteria, and Summerland. We also tutor students across the USA and internationally via Skype.
