Four Saturday morning classes of Puppy Socialization. 

Only for puppies under 6 months of age.

The class teaches a foundation of basic commands (LOOK/TOUCH/WALKING ON LEASH) and has a supervised off-leash play time showing how puppies should play, calming signals and displacement behaviors between dogs, how to stop inappropriate play, a discussion on puppy related issues as well as New York City lifestyle specific training.

Kate Perry has been featured on various major news outlets, and was named The Best Dog Trainer in NYC by New York Magazine. 
Kate Perry is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) and a certified dog trainer with the Animal Behavior College, where she also works as a mentor-trainer teaching students how to become trainers in their own right. Her philosophy and methodology, which have been approved by numerous veterinarians, centers on the use of positive reinforcement.

Classes are held at D is for Doggy in Chelsea at 552 6th Ave./15th St. NYC.
