CUDAS swim team for boys and girls age 5 through 17 is open to children of all abilities.   Swimmers need to be able to swim one length of the pool.  Practice Monday-Thursday, 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm.   Spring team is focused on conditioning and skill development - there are no meets during the spring.  Contact Erika Friedman at the J for more information
