Located just down the road from Kaiser, across from the Claremont Hotel! We offer classic French breads like a baguette, levain, Provencal olive and herb loaf, and walnut bread, as well as foccacia, whole wheat, two kinds of rye, and challah. On the viennoiserie side, we make four types of croissants, three varieties of scones, savory kugelhopf, sticky buns, and bostocks. Cookies come in varieties like peanut butter-honey shortbread, chocolate chip, and noisette, and pastries include caneles, eclairs, and gateau Basque. Finally, we offer cakes and tarts by the slice or in full portions for occasions, including salted-caramel chocolate cake, a frangipane galette with seasonal fruit, and a fruit trifle with creme fraiche.
