Namaste Yoga + Wellness is an urban refuge for the exploration of yoga and wellness practices. We create opportunities and hold space for yoga practitioners to learn, grow, and share by uplifting the most talented teachers, developing powerful programming, and offering tools to connect daily intention with action.

Namaste is deeply rooted in the East Bay community. Kimberly Leo, the founder and owner of Namaste Yoga + Wellness, has been a lifelong resident of Oakland, CA. Kimberly grew up on Lakeshore Avenue in the Grand Lake neighborhood. She is passionate about celebrating diversity and the social justice movements that make Oakland and Berkeley such notable hotspots for change and acceptance.
