This is a 60 minute session. Spiritual direction is for anyone who's been seeking intentional personal and relational growth for some time now or who would  love to begin on the journey now.  Perhaps, you want to keep growing and getting past the things you feel stuck' in.  Sorting through one's spiritual life may seem elusive for many believers. Our daily experience often does not feel like what we ultimately desire it to be.  We can experience unhealthy family dynamics that cause us pain,  disappointments in relationships,  and unresolved feelings about ourselves. Many times we feel as though we want more with God and we want to grow more personally but don’t know what to do with this desire. A spiritual director can help break down the barriers that keep us in stagnant waters. In individual Spiritual direction you meet in a confidential, safe setting as you share about your spiritual history and what is currently going on in your life.
