One lucky class of up to ten students plus one teacher will visit Mama Sushi (mamasushi.com) for a "Let's Make Sushi" cooking class. Your budding sushi chefs will learn the process of making a sushi roll that they will eat. They'll look the part, too-- each student will receive an apron and chef's hat.
