Enjoy a tailored cooking lesson for up to 6 people! Did you know that our own Admissions Director Joe Surak is a professionally trained Chef? He holds a Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts from the French Culinary Institute. He, along with sous chef Claudine O'Rourke (parent co-chair and chopping enthusiast) and Amateur Sommelier Holly Thomas (Head of our Speech and Language department) will host a cooking lesson and finish with a gourmet dinner! The location can be your own kitchen, or Claudine's spacious kitchen in Riverdale.
