Hawk's Feather Oliveto is a small farm in western Sonoma county growing award winning Tuscan variety extra virgin olive oil. It is an exceptional Tuscan style oil with rich, complex fruitiness, slightly pungent with a decidedly peppery finish. Our olives are hand picked and milled at McEvoy ranch and bottled at Olivino. It is certified extra virgin and taste tested by the California Olive Oil Council and has won Gold and Silver medals at the Los Angeles International Olive Oil Competition.
