Ann has been dedicated to the practice of yoga for 20 years. Inspired by the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga system, she creates a safe yet challenging class for students to move beyond what they think is possible. Ann includes Yoga Sutra chanting as a way of connecting to the past and bringing this ancient wisdom to her students.
Yoga Studio Ganesha, located in the heart of downtown Sebastopol, is a small, peaceful studio dedicated to spreading the gift of yoga to the whole community. We offer classes for all ages and all levels. There are gentle classes for beginners, more rigorous classes for those who enjoy a challenge, and various styles to suit the needs of every individual, including Iyengar, Ashtanga, prenatal, Mom and baby, and kid’s yoga.
