About our classes
Adult classes: Our adult students range in age from 18 all the way up to 70 years old! It's never too late to start! Classes focus on building strength and flexibility while learning the foundations of aerial dance on trapeze and aerial silks.
Youth Classes: Our teaching for younger students integrates play, creativity and the elements of dance on and off the ground. Students enjoy games, work together to create choreography, and even invent their own aerial moves, all while learning the fundamental skills of aerial dance with a safety-first philosophy.
Family Fridays: Next event: March 9th. One Friday each month 5:30pm-6:30pm. $25 per family/friends, or $15 each. This is a fantastic opportunity to explore aerial dance in a friendly group setting! All ages welcome.
