Vibrant upbeat neighborhood, excellent restaurants,& shopping,gourmet food shops, yoga, Spanish school,the Instituto, San Juan de Dios Market, 15 minute walk to most city highlights. Easy access to taxi's and tiny tienda across the street for basics. WiFi, purified water throughout house, w/d.
