Steve M. Herman Glatt Kosher Catering will provide a wonderful dinner for six guests. Menu to include:
Pistou: a fresh mediterranean vegetable soup
Lemon and Rosemary roasted stuffed capon with cornbread and wild mushroom stuffing and fresh capon gravy
Herb roasted red bliss potatoes with chives, shallots and roasted garlic
Fresh cranberry and mango relish
Roasted baby fresh vegetables
Mesculin baby field greens with enoki, cauliflower, satur farm heirlook baby tomatoes, kirby, crunchy sprouts poached anjour pear and dried fig rose champagne vinaigrette
Fresh baked challah
and for dessert, a french cookie basket; chocolate ganache tart with fresh raspberries and a tropical fresh fruit platter.
Special Instructions
Certificate is valid thru February 2019. Labor, rentals and beverages are not included. Menu is available gluten free.
You will be notified by e-mail if you are awarded the winning bid. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account.
Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up between January 30–February 13, 2018.
1. Your bid on an item is a binding agreement to pay Temple Sholom for the services/items offered.
2. Unless otherwise noted, the deadline on redeeming services will be January 28, 2019.
3. Temple Sholom warrants neither the quality nor the value of the items or services auctioned. All items are sold in "as is" condition. Dollar values are estimated and provided by the donor and are not warranted by Temple Sholom.
4. Items may not be returned or exchanged.
5. By participating in this Auction, each bidder recognizes that neither Temple Sholom nor anyone who assists in conducting this Auction shall be liable for any occurrence resulting from this Auction by reason of use of auctioned items or services.
