Follia specialties include their much loved Arancini, Meatballs, and Creamy Mushroom Polenta to start. Some of the more popular entrees include the famous house made Pappardelle with Pork Ragu, Baked Eggplant Parmesan, Wood Fired Free Range Chicken and Grilled Rainbow Trout with braised fennel and tomatoes.
Pizza lovers will enjoy some of the new house-favorite pizzas including Brussels Pie with Charred Brussels Sprouts and Three Cheeses and the Vongole or “Clam Pie”. Dessert eaters will savor Follia’s classic Tiramisu and the fall favorite, Maple Budino.
