AQUA Studio is a wellness sanctuary in the heart of TriBeCa and the unique home of AQUACycling - a cycling experience in 4' of water that harmoniously pairs the challenge of high-intensity cardio and full-body toning with the natural healing properties of salt water. The inherent resistance and low-impact properties of water create an environment that supports a diverse range of fitness goals. The even pressure and massage of moving in water benefits physical performance of athletes and nonathletes alike. The additional cushion of water’s buoyancy also supports an active lifestyle for weight loss, post-injury recovery and pregnancy.

The classes are designed to be semi-private with a maximum of 14 guests per class. Many of the Aquacycling classes are Women only, but there are also Co-Ed classes. Check out the schedule for more information. Classes range in length from 30 minutes to an hour but are generally 45 minutes long.
