The Empowerment Studio is a private fitness studio designed to specifically meet the needs to anyone who identifies as a woman. We specialize in teaching women how to feel empowered while lifting weights, achieve the perfect yoga pose, how to meditate, how to swing kettle bells, and lift a barbell for the first time. We offer small group classes and individual sessions.
