Carol Harlow-Carlson lives in Wenham, MA with her husband and two children.  Formerly she was a Vice President & Director of Cyrk, Inc. She specialized in sales, client services and product development.  Carol was a career-changer, graduating from Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in 2001.  She has since re-focused her efforts on her love of food and the objective of opening a wholesale pastry business.  Carol is an accomplished pastry chef, recipe writer and food stylist.

Kathleen O'Connor lives in Hamilton, MA with her husband and three children.  Kathleen is an entrepreneur who started her first company at the age of 22 developing, designing and wholesaling a line of clothing.  After selling that company, she took her interest in finance to work for Putnam Investments in their pension and client service division. Later she was hired by Citizens Advisers with the task of building the institutional business from scratch. Kathleen has a great appreciation for all things food related and is an avid home cook.
