Dominick and Gloria Chirichillo chose the name Domenico Winery in 2005 as a reflection of the commitment to their Italian heritage and to honor Dominick’s grandfather, Domenico, who instilled the passion and tradition of family winemaking. 

Our recipe is simple: take the finest grapes in California, add Dominick’s passion, and blend with family tradition and you get wines that exude complexity, finesse, and agreeability; characteristics of the finest wines in the world. 

We hand-craft a unique selection of Cal-Italia varietals and age them in small lots in order to produce the highest quality possible. We are approaching 350 wine competition medals to date!
