The Palo Alto Art Center Foundation was established in 1973 as the Palo Alto Art Center Guild, just two years after the establishment of the Palo Alto Art Center (as the Palo Alto Community Cultural Center). Throughout the past four decades, the Foundation has provided much-needed resources to create, support and enhance programs and to transform and renovate the Art Center.
