Biryani, perhaps the most popular rice dish from the Indian subcontinent, is a rich, magnificent, elegant and aromatic dish once served in the royal courts of India. Today, it is popular and served in restaurants and households alike.
Laden with myriad spices, saffron and caramelized onions, here is your opportunity to make a perfect Indian meal of Chicken Biryani (an aromatic rice dish cooked with saffron and spices) accompanied with salad and raita (Indian yogurt). Whip up these dishes in your kitchen and get acquainted with the variety of different spices used in Indian cuisine. This is a perfect recipe for cooking and eating together with family and friends.
