Description
KT Cabin is a vacation rental for social adventurers in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. The Cabin is a comfortable house that is designed to accommodate large families right in the village of East Burke.
Four large bedrooms plus a sleeping loft provide ample accommodation for the whole crew but the heart of the house is the common room. Timbered cathedral ceilings evoke the feelings of a National Park Lodge. Whether sitting comfortably around the roaring fireplace or clustered around the large dining table, the room is a great backdrop for you to share your stories about your day on the ski trails at Burke Mountain in winter or the Kingdom Trails Mountain Bike trails in the spring, summer and fall.
The house will sleep 13 (4 bedrooms each with queen beds, a loft with 3 twin beds, and a queen size pull out sofa in a semi private room).
Restrictions: Can be used any time before the end of 2019 subject to availability. Please view website for up to date calendar information.

Special Instructions
House is available to a Belmont family. There is a 13 person maximum. The winning bidder is responsible for a damage deposit of $500 and a cleaning fee of $100.
