The space

The open main floor features wood floors throughout, vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, a wood burning fireplace and all the comforts of home. The living room is the perfect gathering place after a day full of adventure with a sofa, chair and flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. The dining area has plenty of space for everyone at the table for a meal or game night. The kitchen features a large island and stainless steel appliances including gas range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and Keurig machine. For your convenience there is a washer and dryer in the main floor laundry room, as well as garage parking.

For a bit of relaxation head out to the back deck and soak in the sunken hot tub, or just sit back and enjoy the fresh air while you grill on the propane barbecue. There is additional outdoor living space on the front deck.

When night falls, take your choice between three bedrooms. The main floor first bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV, and shared access with the hallway full bathroom with large tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a twin over twin bunk and TV with cable and Roku. Upstairs you can play a game of Foosball in the loft. The enclosed master bedroom is also on the upper level and has a queen bed and private full bathroom with large tub/shower combo and double sinks.

Terms of service: Valid through 12/1/2018. Subject to Availability. Owner will email winning bidder, and will put certificate in winning bidder's name once winning bidder contacts Owner. Blackout dates apply: All US holidays are blacked out as is the month of July. Winner is responsible for any excess cleaning/damage fees, deposit fees, and for any extra costs incurred during the stay. Should property be sold prior to certificate expiration winner will be refunded the amount paid (winning bid) not the value of his/her stay.
