No uniforms, no belts, and no tests. Just a great workout based on martial arts! Join a fun group of people working hard to achieve their fitness goals. Two weeks of one hour classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:00pm (up to six classes).

Special Instructions

Ages 15 and up only. New students only. No cash value. Transferable to family members only. Classes must be consecutive. Cannot combine with other offers.
