Description
Gift certificate for one (1) hour private Vinyasa yoga class in winner's home or venue choice. She will link movement and breath together for a good workout that is about basics and requires you to hold each pose for a few breaths. Winner can have a one-on-one session, or have Vanessa teach a small group at the winner's home.
Vanessa specializes in Vinyasa yoga and teaches at Equinox (The Printing House) and YMCA. She has been teaching for 6 years.
