Mark Flynn is a local West Village Dad with 35 years of renovation contractor experience, interior and exterior, in NYC and Boston. He comes highly recommended from the Hudson River Park Mother's Board and works extensively with commercial management companies and private clients across the city.
Gift certificate redeemable for eight (8) hours of handyman work. Includes an additional one (1) hour of consulation. References are available upon request.

Winning items can be picked up at P.S. 3 Charrette School, 490 Hudson St., NY, NY 10014 (between Christopher & Grove Streets). If you are unable to pick up your item (including gift certificates) at P.S. 3, you are responsible for additional shipping charges via FedEx.
