All Aboard! Do you have kids who LOVE trains? This is that special excursion you've been looking for!
2018 marks the 35th consecutive season the excursion trains have been operating in Old Sacramento. Train rides include closed coach cars, open-air gondolas and a first-class observation car pulled by either Granite Rock No. 10 steam locomotive or one of our vintage diesel locomotives from the Museum’s collection.
These 4 trip passes are valid for coach seating for a trip during the regular operating season, which runs on weekends April - September. During your trip you will enjoy a six-mile, 40 minute roundtrip ride along the Sacramento River!
Special Instructions
Trains depart hourly from 11am through 4pm, however, the schedule is subject to change and it is recommended that you call 916-445-5995 on the Friday prior to your planned visit to confirm the operating schedule.
You must turn in your vouchers for tickets to the train. Seating is first-come-first-served and based on availability. Vouchers do not guarantee seating.
