We invite you and 3 friends to oin us for a private tour of our underground caves followed by a seated tasting of our current released wines paired with light hors d'oeuvres. You will also take home a bottle of the 2014 Palmaz Vineyards "Gaston" Cabernet Sauvignon ($200). This wine is rich and ready. From tomahawk steaks to chocolate covered salted caramels, this wine stands up to the most decadent dinner imaginable. The mid-palate dominated structure of this wine holds firmly to the palate while saturated aromas of blackberries simmering in a reduction melt away this taster’s ability to concentrate.
