Diablo Gymnastics School’s Kindergym Program offers young children a safe and fun introduction to the sport of gymnastics. Kindergym classes focus on movement, body positions and shapes, as well as fine and large motor skills.

Purple, Green and Yellow classes are 40 minutes and begin with a warm up and roll call, then rotate between three events before ending with a stamp or sticker reward.

Orange classes are 40 minutes and begin with a warm up and review of gymnastics positions, then rotate between two events (bars, floor, vault, beam or trampoline) and end with handstand practice and stretching.

The certificate is good for 4 consecutive Kindergym Classes (ages 2-K) at Diablo Gymnastics School.
