Description
A two hour cocktail party for 40 guests with hors d'oeuvres prepared by Catering by Karen Hunter. Hors d'oeuvres may be offered to your guests by a formally attired waiter or waitress on beautifully garnished silver trays.
Delicacies such as: truffled mac n cheese, Thai curry vegetable samosa in sweet chili sauce, dates and blue cheese wrapped in bacon, gruyere and summer leek tart, braised short rib pierogies in BBQ sauce, chicken chilito skewers, smoked salmon roses on pumpernickle, and island shrimp canapes.

Special Instructions
Date of party subject to availability. Party location must be within 30 mile radius of the Lehigh Valley.
For an additional fee, caterer can provide bartender, bar setups, bar table and tall cocktail tables
You can add to the menu or change the format of the party and apply $500 to any party you want to design
