Six lucky winners will join Temple member and author of Chicago: A Food Biography, Danny Block, for a food tour of Chicago's South Side.

Ever wondered the history of Chicago's stockyards? Why Chicago has been the home to most major candy companies? How has food changed the city over time? Danny is the man to ask.

Join Danny in visiting South Side urban agriculture sites and farmers markets. Along the way you'll find some delicious and unique snacks. Mother-in-law sandwich anyone? How about smoked trout smoked on the shores of the Calumet River.

Danny will tailor the tour to your food restrictions, food allergies and interests.
