Ray DuFauchard will serve as host and dealer for the evening, keeping the cards in play and the laughs flowing. Add in a specially catered feast of smoked meats provided by Brendan Burek, a former world-ranked competition BBQ chef and founder of Transformer BBQ, and you have the makings of a memorable night. Menu to be determined with input from the winners.
