Bluebird Brasserie, the newest venture from restaurant group Artisanal Brewers Collective, invites the winner and three guests to a 4-course meal, each dish paired carefully with a matching beer selected by our on-site beer expert. In addition to the tasting, guests will enjoy a walk through our brewery and an overview of the brewing process and our brewery's capabilities.
