Recommended ages are 6 years and up. Adults and kids may be mixed in one lesson, however similar age groups are the most ideal. At least one adult chaperone required at all times. May also be used by clubs and scouting troops. Workshops may be upgraded to 2 hours with a $100 fee to include in-depth techniques such as striking defense, take down defense, escapes, hold downs, and takedowns.
