"Nicole received her teaching certification in 2008 from The Hard & Soft Yoga Institute with Beryl Bender Birch and continues to explore different teachers, styles of yoga and new experiences to further her growth as a lifelong student and teacher.  She fell in love with yoga after her very first class with Heidi Ruehlmann in beautiful Windham, NY.  Her classes are alignment bases, fun artistic expressions that combine various styles and techniques of yoga woven together with the transformative power of the breath.  Students are encouraged to go inward throughout the practice to fuly awaken and explore feeling open, more mindful, and gratitude for all that is.  Yoga can meet anyone as they are, where they are and help uncover more potential, strength and beauty"
