Special Instructions
A family membership includes two parents/partner and their children, under the age of 21 or still in college, living in the same household. The membership is for 3 months and if the family decides to join us we will waive the $50.00 joiner fee. The value of this membership is $260.00. The family can use any of our 10 Capital District YMCA’s.
The winner needs to bring in the filled out application and the certification and we can set them up with a family membership.
