The home is well suited for nature lovers and bird enthusiasts, with superb viewing of wildlife.  Located in a private gated community, it is also close to gorgeous natural beaches - Playa Guiones and Playa Garza.  Playa Guiones is well known as a wonderful surfing beach, for both beginners and experienced surfers.  Also perfect for young children, with its wide expanse and gentle waves close to shore.  Delicious restaurants, healthy juice bars, and yoga studios nestled in the jungle are a short drive away.
