1 one hour session with Bernice Todres. Body scan is a deep relaxation of the body and the mind for a restorative night's sleep. A unique mindfulness tool using the breadth to move through every part of the body and mind to put you in a totally relaxed state.
Bernice has been a pioneer in Mind-Body Medicine since the early 70's. She is a psychologist and a teacher of meditation practicing both for over 30 years, specializing in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction since 1993. She teachers on the Upper West side, Wall Street and on Skype (world wide).
