These soundwaves transport you from yourself, to yourself. The vibrations reverberate inside and outward, tuning you back to your natural state of well-being. It reaches deeper than any hand, feeling like a massage experienced through the sensation of sound vibrations, into your deepest level.

For a sound massage the client lays on a comfortable, organic natural fiber kapok mat, an excellent transmitter of gentle, soothing bowl vibrations. If you can't physically lie down, you'll relax in a comfortable seated position. The singing bowls are then laid in a specific pattern aligned with the chakras/energy centers around the body. The singing bowls are then softly played in a special way, with the energy of sacred geometry helping to harmonize spirit, mind and body, clearing any individual blockages, and restore peace and harmony. There are eight different protocols that have been used for centuries by Himalayan and Tibetan monks and masters. These can include warm water bowl massage therapy, soft chanting and targeted energy movement among others depending on individual needs. With the exception of the bowls touching the body, this is a no-touch massage, with no manipulation of muscles, joints or bones. You will be fully clothed while the sound does the massage.
