Back into Balance Physical therapy, In2 Balance, is a small group class (max of 8 people) that promotes balance, posture and functional strength under the supervision of physical therapists.

These classes will benefit anyone who would like to prevent balance loss or improve their balance. Canes and walkers also welcome!
