Fall semester (Sep - Dec) of classes at Splash Fit Swimming, 118th and Fifth Ave., Dunlevy Milbank Pool.

Splash Fit was founded by a group of aquatic instructors and coaches in Harlem to teach minority communities basic swimming skills and water safety awareness.  They use advanced teaching techniques on levels based on ability to promote learning.  The team adjusts the stroke cirriculum to meet each swimmer's specific needs so clients are more comfortable around all aspects of acquatics while ensuring they develop a skill set that can be used for the rest of their lives.  

Their mission mission is to help participants reach their personal goals, whether it’s for safety around water, staying healthy, competing at an elite level, or recreation.
