Chef Dean Lidia Bastianich welcomes you to La Scuola, Eataly Chicago's unique cooking school where you can learn about food, wine and producers that inspire us. You and your guest will join us for an evening of culinary exploration in an upcoming demonstration cooking class. In the class, the chef will prepare multiple courses unveiling the secrets behind regional Italian dishes and authentic Italian techniques. You will taste every dish paired with Italian wines.
