If you aspire to make great pizza at home, then this class is for you. This class will be taught by our very own B4 parents and personal chefs-Racquel Rockquemore and Daniel Breiz. We will start with the basics: first the dough for the essential base. Then we will craft a delicious sauce and discuss fun ingredients, including fresh produce and delicious cheese. Finally, we will cover the baking methods in our outdoor pizza oven so you'll pull out a pizza that is fresher, tastier and more satisfying than the average pizza pie. This class will also feature some hands-on cocktail making as well.
