Hi. I'm Nicole. And I am ELIX... What is ELIX you ask? The word itself is the overlap of helix and elixir. Try health concept is an extension of that: where modern science meets ancient medicine. This is where I come, and you join me, in a quest for the most optimal course of healing available. This is where we integrate all of the knowledge passed down through centuries with the modern technology for peak wellness and recovery.

I received my BS in Biology, with an emphasis in Human Physiology from University of California San Diego. I then went on to get my Masters of Traditional Oriental Medicine from Emperor's College, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude. While getting my masters I also completed a certification program in Classical Five Elements Acupuncture, working directly under Neil Gumenick as his clinical intern. I am licensed by the state of California to practice acupuncture and a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine through NCCAOM. I am currently continuing my education as a Doctoral Fellow at Emperor's College and teaching at the Institute of Classical Five Elements Acupuncture.
