Prior to the initial consultation, I have you fill out an intake form that I review before we meet. Then we go over questions triggered from the form before moving into nutrition and wellness education. Following this initial appointment, I write you an individualized meal plan and send you a resource email.

Once you have reviewed your meal plan and read through the resource email, we meet for a 30-45 minute follow up appointment at which time we discuss further nutrition and wellness education, as well as review your meal plan and discuss implementing it into your daily life. I then follow up with additional resources and recipes via email.
