Oriental State of Mind is a 10" x 13" watercolor painting by artist Stephen J. Hubinsky, and was inspired by a visit to the Japanese Gardens in Portland, OR.  Many of these types of scenes can be viewed in the gardens, everchanging as both the seasons and the Pacific Northwest microclimate act upon them. 

The painting is varnished, mounted and framed with hanging wire installed.   The outside frame dimensions are 13" x 19".
