Also available for special events including weddings, fundraisers, bachelorette parties, and rehearsal dinners subject to an event fee.
The home offers 4 bedrooms, a dining area which seats 12 to 14, modern kitchen, game room, and large backyard patio. The furniture is tastefully appointed with new and custom furnishings.

Items and/or certificates must be picked up at The Waverly School Elementary Campus business office, 67 W Bellevue Drive, Pasadena CA 91105, from May 7 to June 6, 8:30am to 3:30pm. Shipping can be requested by the winner at an additional cost. The Waverly School and/or donors are not responsible for shipping fees.
