A great introduction to Martial Arts the My Gym way! Children learn the basics of Taekwondo and build a sound foundation for their future as Martial Artists. The environment in this program is supportive, assuring, and fun! Kicking, punching, and blocking techniques will instill confidence and self-awareness while developing speed, balance, and overall coordination. In time, your little ones will be testing for patches, belt stripes, and higher belts!
