I passionately believe in the healing and life-changing benefits of a Bikram Yoga Practice. I have practiced this yoga for 20 years to heal and treat my own pain and issues, and I want to share it with all of you. In addition to our 60 and 90 minute Bikram Method hot yoga classes, we are now offering YogiVal’s Hot Core Fusion, a chance to complement and supplement your yoga practice with an exercise class done to music focusing on core, upper body, leg and butt strength.
