Are you ready to fly?  Kristi has students from around the world who have sought her out to personally study with her.  Her students range from 4 to 70 years old.  Kristi's mission is to help you get into the best shape of your life.  She believes that anyone can get healthy and fit with her aerial fitness classes, flexibility program, and good nutrition.  As a coach, Kristi has proven to help people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels to attain well-being, strength, and flexibility.

Aerial Fitness provides training in Aerial Fitness, Aerial Acrobatics, Flexibility, Dance, and CrossFit Gymnastics.   The Aerial Fitness program will focus on building your core strength and flexibility as you learn exercises moving your body on both the ground and the air. Aerial Fitness classes are a full body workout that will emphasize building technique and proper alignment. You will learn the basic skills and techniques that will help you achieve your fitness goals.
