About Mark J. Gardberg.  In Las Vegas, Mark Gardberg is the head of Howard & Howard’s corporate, transactional, and real estate department.  For over 21 years, Mr. Gardberg has worked on matters ranging in size from $1,000 to $200 million, primarily here in Nevada but also in California, Florida, New York, Mexico, Great Britain, and Eastern Europe.  Mr. Gardberg received his J.D. from U.Cal.-Berkeley in 1996, finishing in the top 10% of his class, and his B.A. summa cum laude from Georgetown University in 1991.
